Many of our customers come to us with a desire to install flooring that matches their green lifestyle. Manufacturers now make products that are sustainable, contain recycled content, are recyclable and leave a small carbon footprint.

We reaffirm our commitment as an earth-conscious member of the community, and are pleased to offer a wide selection of flooring options that meet or exceed our Green Select standards. We think you'll find they are just as beautiful as they are environmentally sensitive.

What are the raw materials?

We seek new products that come from natural sources like wool, wood or cork. We also carry flooring made from recycled materials.

How is the flooring installed?

All of our Green Select floors use adhesives with low counts of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and we recommend choosing water-based finishes over solvent-based alternatives.

How did it get here?

We avoid long-transportation distance whenever possible, favoring products made or grown within 500 miles.

How do you maintain the product?

Our trained sales staff can recommend durable floors, which have to be replaced less often, and low-maintenance floors that don't need to be refinished.
